3rd Flex Box and STILL getting the ENT-22011 Error

On my THIRD Flex box that worked for ONE day, and now it no longer works except for the fact that it's great at displaying either NOTHING, or the ENT-22011 error. Reading all over the place that this problem is fixed, and unplugging for 20 seconds fixes the issue. Not in my case. Unbelievable. : (

 Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
