Your service

We still have not been invited to get our service through Yahoo. We tried to resolve your lousy service for almost a year. The technician put us on Comcast Connect months ago. You probably haven’t tried to use it yourselves, but it’s terrible. It drops messages as we are typing, and we have to go to drafts to retrieve the message and continue. There is no way to block senders. We have to download attachments to see the contents. etc, etc.

We got a code to change our service to Yahoo months ago, but the response was that we had to be invited to participate. This is absolutely ridiculous. We’re receiving e-mails days after they were sent - and sometimes even longer. We suspect that some never arrive. We need your help NOW.

Are you no longer able to retrieve your comcast.net email at    https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite ?  In order to migrate to Yahoo! Mail with your comcast.net email address you would have had to have gotten an invitation to migrate and then accept their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  Did that happen?  What kind of "code" did you receive?

We got the code months ago. It might have been from the Comcast office, and when we entered it, the message said that we needed to be invited. I went to the Comcast office several times, but we seem to be "low man on the totem pole”. I called or communicated online several times, and they always close with offering internet and phone for $50 a month for 5 years.

As far as I know there has never been a "code" to migrate to Yahoo! Mail.  As I said earlier, you would need an email invitation to migrate and then accept the Yahoo! Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and then follow the instructions to set up your comcast.net email at yahoo.com.

So, are you able to login to your comcast.net email at https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite ?

Or, are you going to yahoo.com [https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com ] and signing in with your comcast.net credentials?

If you didn't get the invite, yet you somehow got to yahoo.com, are you signing in with a yahoo.com email address?
