user_4fa975 There have been text messages and emails sent for email accounts that are being flagged as inactive. It is recommended to access the Comcast email from the Xfinity.com/email website at least once every 90 days to keep it from becoming deactivated. This link can provide more information and an FAQ section.

I also receive the e mail massage that my email account to be closed. If this is a scam, please let me know by send me an email that it is a scam.

I do not want my email account closed. I have been ill and unable to access it for a longer period than usual. Can you reactivate?

Hello @user_k4kvca, due to the Xfinity email moving to Yahoo Mail. A notice will be sent out, and they will provide you with the options to delete the email account or continue the transfer. I have attached an article for more information on the Xfinity Email move to Yahoo Mail. Also, if the email has been inactive for 90 days or more, it will be closed.
