Yet Another Scam - Promotions to lower bills

I have been receiving phone calls as of late talking about if I'd be interested in promotions for existing customers to lower bills.

It starts off with someone asking if I'd like to lower bills because I've been such a good customer.

They ask for verification of my billing zipcode, and when they gave me the wrong one, they immediately hung up.

I tried calling back afterwards and it was a disconnected number.

Be careful out there.
