Yahoo Move Notification Check

I recently found out about the move of Comcast.net to Yahoo.com.  I am very concerned that I may have missed or overlooked the notification messages to Accept Terms.  I want to Accept Terms and I hope I still can.

My questions are :

1) What is the Subject of the email notification (presumably predetermined)

2) is there a way to check if Notification has been sent to me and when ?

3) If I have somehow missed the notification - is there a way to request the notification since I really MUST move to Yahoo ?

I'm getting nervous as I thought I read the target to complete transitions is 2Q2026.

Hello. @lawn thank you for reaching out over Xfnity Forums. Those are great questions, and want to help get those answered and ensure your transition to Yahoo Mail is a smooth one.

1. Customers have let me know that email communications would mention either "upgrade" or "transition" to Yahoo Mail. The email communication would have our logo showing it's a legitimate communication: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-verified-email

2. I found this helpful frequently as questions document and once you're eligible to upgrade, you will see a message when you log in to your email at: https://connect.xfinity.com/

- FAQ doc: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/yahoo-email-migration-overview

3. If you happened to have missed the communication, you can check your spam/junk folder to see if it is there. Using keywords like "Xfinity email upgrade to Yahoo" or a combo of keywords can help edit down your search options. If you happened to have deleted that on accident, you can also look to recover deleted emails following the steps outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email

Please let me know if that was helpful.

@XfinityJustinC  Only problem with recovering deleted emails is that I have many 10s of email daily that go to spam folders that then get deleted. Also "have 30 days to recover deleted emails before they become permanently unavailable" - so if I got noticed anywhere from last June to say early Jan 2026 - I have no recovery option.

Can you please inquire if there is a way to check if Xfinity/Comcast has a record that they sent notification to me ?

Also, is there a way to REQUEST notification so I can go and Accept the Terms ?

I find it hard to believe that this transition process has "no bumps in the road".   Therefore, I am hoping Xfinity/Comcast has an "exception" process that can accommodate.

Please note at this time migration to Yahoo! Mail is optional.
