Yahoo email is the worst idea ever...

What are you doing with this email migration to Yahoo? I have had & been happy with Comcast for 20 years same email and everything. If THE switch to Yahoo mail is mandatory I'll be leaving. There is NO way to intigrate with Outlook and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Comcast Please Pay Attention to YOUR CUSTOMERS!

If you're using the new Outlook, you're right, there is no way to integrate your @comcast.net email.  However, some users have reported that if you set up your email in the old Outlook first and then switch to the new Outlook it will work.  Since I don't use Outlook I cannot help you with going through the motions to set this up.  Hopefully someone who has will chime in here to help you out.

You can find information on Yahoo's mail servers here:

It's useless to send these messages and questions.  It's obvious that Comcast/Xfinity is just out to mistreat the customers, the people they are supposed to be providing service for.  What a lousy company and a monolithic monopoly.  We are stuck with cable and a company that doesn't care about the service they provide while spending tons of money on ads that are complete lies about how they are providing great service.  And Yahoo is desperate for business because they have a terrible format and refuse to improve it.  And on top of it all they pepper us with unwanted ads.  And personalizing ads just makes it worse, not better.  Really depressing business model we are stuck with.
