Yahoo and Comcast Emails [Edited]

I give up trying to figure out new yahoo and comcast switch. I've tried several times. Can NOT GET A REAL PERSON TO EXPLAIN. I’ve had yahoo and Comcast emails for most my life on computers. God knows what info i am missing on my emails. I am leaving all this behind and moving to google. It’s a real Shame that there are no humans to help  on a phone call. I am sad and disgusted. Yet am sick of these headaches i get from walking thru this quagmire and ending up against a brick wall AGAIN. Shame .. Shame Shame on your lack of  human service for these changes!!!
