xfinitywifi hotspots NEVER connect

Tried connecting to public Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspots in Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor Michigan. Tried with Android phones, iPhones, Macbook. All failed. Hotspots never connect. They indicate Connecting but never connect. They never get to the login for customers. NOTHING. The hotspots worked fine two days ago but hasn't worked since. This must be a system problem, different locations using different devices. All fail.
