Xfinity web email spam and inbox contents "swapped" ??

Today, after logging in to connect.xfinity.com and viewing email, I see that, for both my accounts, the emails that would "normally" be in my Inbox folder are swapped with the emails that would "normally" be in my Spam folder.  It's the first time I've ever experienced that happening.  Something going on?

Thank you for being a part of our community and reaching out with your question about the emails being marked as spam and viceversa. This link shows information about the spam filters, https://comca.st/3Bsd7mp. If you mark them as Not Spam does it still put them into the Spam folder? There is also a setting to turn off the Spam filter altogether if you want to go that route instead.

As far as having the https://comca.st/3BqDcT8 removed from any filtering on our end, that would be done through our Customer Security Assurance department. They can be reached from 6:00 am - 2:00 am EST, 7 days a week at 1-888-565-4329.

This only happened that one time.  From what I read in other posts, it was a systemic problem that Comcast corrected, apparently.
