Xfinity wants a personal email and Xfinity is my only email

Each time I log in Xfinity asks for me to add a second email. I understand the purpose from a security perspective. However they have my text capable phone number for alerts and verification and I do not have a second email since I have retired. I am not going to get another email address as I do not want another email address and do not need a second email address. This is so annoying that I am looking at change internet/email providers after over 15 years with Xfinity. Please do not pretend like an opt out of this option is a challenge. Your cooperate office needs to direct IT to add this option. The notion that we are all wanting multiple email addresses with multiple providers is [Edited: "Language"]. The way that corporations handle our personal security in general means that I want to minimize my footprint and certainly do not need a second email to look at. I can barely keep up with one.

Please provide me with a work around or lose our family as customers.

Thanks,
