Best way is to just not access it, either through the website or using a third party email app.

Hey there leechu 👋 Thanks for bringing your question to us! To have your Xfinity email address deleted completely, you simply need to allow your account to become inactive. If you do not sign into that specific Xfinity Email account for 90 days, it will be closed, and all contents will be deleted.
Alternatively, you can download your inactive email data via export.xfinity.com before closing the account. Once the email account is closed, the contents are not recoverable, so if you have anything in it that may be important, it's a good idea to take advantage before losing access to it altogether.
