xfinity support

Cannot send or receive emails on my Comcast account using Outlook on a Windows 10 computer.  Everything worked fine through Sep 7, 2025, but cannot access mail on Sep 8 to present.  Have not changed my password or made any other changes.  I get the 0x8000CCC0E message saying I can't access the server.  I can get my email on the Xfinity website and on my Samsung phone, with no problems.  I tried to ping the imap.comcast.net server and the smtp.comcast.net server, and both timed out.  I have tried this on several computers in my home.  My ISP is Xfinity and I have no other problems accessing the internet.

user_89mldo Welcome to our community forum! I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Since you're able to send and receive Email directly through our site, it tells me your online Xfinity profile and credentials are operating properly, but we may need to double-check some settings. Please follow these steps and let me know if you run into any questions.
