Hello, I have been wrongfully billed at my old address for almost 2 years. I am seeking a refund, but have called Xfinity around 5 times. I speak to multiple people with nothing done. I have been falsely promised an email and a refund. It would be at least $1800 in funds. The service I've received is so bad that I will never use Xfinity again. I want my money back. What do I have to do? Threaten legal action?
