I accidentally deleted an entire folder from my email, not realizing it had sub-folders that I still need. I have looked in Trash, but only other individual emails that I've deleted today are there, not the folders or anything that was in the folders.  Same thing when I right click on trash to recover deleted items.

Is there something else I can try or are all those sub-folders and emails gone for good because of one erroneous click?

Hi there, DebFen! I am sorry to hear that you lost some of your emails. I know that can be tough to go through! You took the right step by pressing the recovery button. That will send back any emails we have on our servers back to your email box. If they don't show back up, there was no copy on the server so cannot be recovered.

You might try Customer Security Assurance; they sometimes can recover folders that were deleted.
