good morning,
i am a former customer that has continued to use the Comcast email system. Last night my wifes email has stopped working, her email is [Edited: "Personal Information"] how can this be resolved so she can go back to using it???

Hello, @user_rqrmhx! Thank you for creating a new post about your recent email concerns. I'd love to see what we can do to help if your wife is still having trouble accessing her Comcast email account. May I ask if she typically accesses it directly through our portal, here, or using a third party such as Outlook or Apple Mail?
