Xfinity Spam Issues
I've been having a number of spam filtering issues lately:
1. Non-spam messages are going to spam, including messages from friends in my address book. I've doublechecked to ensure the messages are genuine and they are. Historically this has happened occasionally but lately there's been more non-spam than spam in the spam folder.
2. In some cases, I've opened up messages in my Inbox, closed them, only to find them in the spam folder later when I go to look for them.
3. I got fed up and turned my spam filter "off" on 9/25/20 and the above problems persist.
