Xfinity popup "Congratulations, you are one of 100 ... answer 9 questions."
At least once a week when I am in my email I get booted to this screen that says Congratulations you are one of 100 Xfinity customers selected for a prize of sorts but first I must answer 9 questions. This is not an email, which would make it available to SPAM. It kills xfinity email and absconds the entire email tab to to this message.
"Congratulations! You are one of 100 users we have selected. You could receive an Apple iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S23, blah blah, blah, after leaving a review to our products or 3 years of free membership to Netflix. All you have to do is qualify is answer the following 9 questions."
If xfinity is really doing this, can you just do it in an email like a normal person? The message is rude, intrusive and disruptive as it is.
If xfinity is not doing this, you have been advised of this issue several times in the past already. What is xfinity doing on their end to stop this from happening to their own customers?

Does anyone know how to block this. I must have seen this 50 times in the last week. I guess Xfinity must be competing with MUsk for most reviled entity on planet Earth

When logged in with the Primary UserID you may be able to remove the ad panel along the right-hand side of Xfinity Connect webmail. Sign in to the "Manage your account preferences" page at https://www.xfinity.com/privacy/opt-out#Preference-opt-out (if the page is working), scroll down to "Allow banner ads in your inbox", and move the slider to "Off". You may have to sign out and back in again for the change to take effect.
