XFinity non-delivery report

Today 10/17/26 I received an XFinity non-delivery notice. It was for a recipe I found on the web that I liked and shared it to myself via email so that I could save it and make it. It did not involve a 3rd party...only Me sending to Me. So why does XFinity consider this spam? I don't find this to be helpful. I find it to be intrusive and annoying!

Try this:

  • In webmail, go to the gear icon
  • Click Email Settings
  • In the left pane click Mail
  • Under Behavior put a check in Ask for mailto link registration and click on the link Register now

Mail should then come to you when you share with yourself and not into the spam folder.
