Xfinity is sending me the same email every hour about a credit I received.

How do I get Xfinity to stop sending me an email about an internet outage credit I applied for every hour?

I applied for a credit in the Xfinity app and started getting text messages which I could opt out oif. But the emails just keep coming every hour.

Same here. It’s insane. It’s like 3 every hour. Called them three times with no help

I was able to chat with an agent in Xfinity Assistant and the resolved it right away.

Use the phrase below and it should respond with, "Chat with an agent" as one of the options.
I applied for and received a credit for an internet outage and ever since, I get a credit notification email every 30 minutes or so. PLEASE STOP!!!

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_mrvf1f! When a credit is applied to your account, you will receive an email notification within 48 hours. You may have received additional notifications about credits proactively applied to your account if your services were impacted by Helene and/or Milton. Are you still receiving emails about these credits?
