xfinity is blocking email replies from a sender in my address book

A specific sender keeps getting a rejection notification that their email has been blocked as spam.  Except the email is not even in my spam folder, instead it's totally blocked.  I've sent email from xfinity and put the address in my address book.  Nothing has helped.

I've found nothing online anywhere about how to fix it.  Surely what I've done so far the should easily be good enough!

I just setup the address as "Keep" in setting filters.  I am skeptical even that will work.  Who knows what other email I've sent from my iPhone POP account that has totally blocked replies.  I can't add a "keep" filter for everybody I send email to.

One final observation is the domain extension is .cc instead the more commen ones like .com and .net.  Perhaps that's an irredeemable crime according to comcast.

I have no idea how to do this public as you suggest and not much interest in spending time looking for the answer.

I thought I had an email asking for the specific  emaill address I am having trouble with.  Was that you?

Thanks,

Mel

Hi Mel.  If you look in the upper right corner of this webpage you should see a bell, an envelope, and your avatar [almost sounds like a movie title, doesn't it?].  Next to the envelope you should see a number, which indicates the number of Private Messages you have. If you click on the envelope, it should open a page with the Private Messages listed.  Click on the Subject line to open the message from @ComcastSPAAbuse.  You can reply to their message there.

I hope that helps.  If you need further help, let us know.
