Xfinity internet is suffering T3 timeouts at 9pm

Xfinity has verified the timeouts and that our neighbor experiences the same behavior. Performance drops from 600mb/s to 100 mb/s every day, and our neighbor sees the same thing. Xfinity tech came out and verified this. The cable was replace from the pole to the house, but that didn’t change anything
