Xfinity ID not working

The Xfinity ID [Edited: "Personal Information"] is not working when I try accessing it on my laptop. The error reads "The Xfinity ID you entered was incorrect. Please try again." It works on mobile. I have tried closing and opening the window and rebooting but it still doesn't work.
