Xfinity email
When is Xfinity/Comcast email going away? My mother is 95 and I don't want to switch her but she has been invited.
How long to I have before I need to do something before she loses service

Hello @goosebumps, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I completely understand your concern, especially wanting to make sure your mother doesn’t lose something she relies on. I’m glad you reached out to get clarity. To help ease your worries, the Xfinity/Comcast email is not going away. This is simply an optional upgrade we’re offering at no cost, designed to give customers a better experience with enhanced security, additional features, and a mobile app for easier access on the go. If you choose not to upgrade, there’s no need to worry. Your mother can continue to access her Comcast.net email through the Xfinity Mail platform just as she does now. Based on the details we have, if you prefer not to migrate or switch to another provider, you don’t need to take any action at this time. She can continue signing in at xfinity.com without interruption. Here's a link about the migration if you would like to review it here. Please let me know if you have any other questions I can answer for you.
