Have you tried signing in to mail.yahoo.com with your Comcast credentials?

If you're using a third party email app did you change the server settings?

I would like to use a different 3rd party Email provider than Yahoo but keep getting error messages when I try to do so. The error message states that I must ensure "Access Security" is enabled by checking the box. The issue is I no longer can access my E-Mail setting because the Xfinity E-mail page now defaults to a different page. How do I get this rectified?

The migration to Yahoo is mandatory if you want to keep your comcast.net email address, otherwise you'll lose it.

What does the email page default to?
