Xfinity email doesn't work and redirects back to my.xfinity.com
When I try to go to https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/ it redirects to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ where it says "Welcome to Xfinity Connect we are now loading your email" but then it sends me back to https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust where the email icon is a link to https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/ which starts the whole process over again.

Greetings, @user_5818f6! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your email, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
We usually see this sort of redirect when your browser doesn't have you registered as "logged in" to your account. The redirect allows you to log in first, so that you can proceed on to your email. As far as you can tell, are you logged in when this happens, or does it keep asking for your username and password? Have you tried using a different browser, to see if the same thing happens?

Try going directly to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ It should ask you to log in but you should then get the Welcome screen. If you get redirected try clearing your cache and cookies and try that link again. Let us know what happens.
Also, as @XfinityJamesC suggested, try a different browser. This lets us know if there is a problem with a certain browser.

I've tried a few different browsers, on different computers, with different operating systems. I've tried starting logged on, and I've tried logging out and using the login prompt on https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/
I think that there's something wrong with my account.

I'm having this same issue across multiple browsers and devices. When I try to access https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ I am redirected to my.xfinity.com
Have tried clearing cookies.
I have another (not linked) comcast account that I have never used for email, when I log into that account, I can access xfinity connect and get to the email page.

I’ve had the exact same problem!! Exactly! Can’t get into email for a year now. Comcast email access isn’t even possible
