Xfinity email does not receive authentication codes from various online banking applications

Xfinity email does not receive authentication codes from various online banking applications.  Issue described in this other thread with no solution there.  I have nbewest version of all OS's.  Does not work on either phone app or browser app.  I do successfuly get other email from these companies (like a user name confrimation), but no authentications codes ever come through.

Hi, @user_a5d147. Thank you for reaching out for assistance. Is this issue present on applications specifically or do you receive the authentication codes when logging in through a web browser?

Authentication codes are not received ANYWHERE by comcast.  (Web browser or iPhone email app)  I log into my bank account, then my bank account sends an authentication code to my comcast email address, but it is never received.

Thank you for confirming. You mentioned that you were not receiving the codes from more than one banking institutions' website, correct? Are you able to send codes from the same sites to another email address or phone? Are you receiving other email to your Comcast address?

Once the email address is change to my gmail account, the codes are received as expected.

Are you logging in directly to the Xfinity connect site/app or are you using a third party like Outlook, etc?

I am having the same issue, but not just with banks. Most recently I have had the problem with a bank, Best Buy, and Wayfair. Emails are not going to spam or any other folder. Can this be resolved?

I have the same problem receiving emails from USBank.com and a verification code from my accountant's office. (I'm not aware of any other issues with other senders). The companies stated that their emails to me have either been termed undeliverable or it was bounced back immediately. The companies' emails had worked in the past. They can get their messages delivered to me if they use my Gmail address. In the many forum threads that I have read, there doesn't seem to be an answer given by Xfinity on how to rectify the problem. 

I use Apple Mail for my email, but viewing my messages directly through Xfinity.com shows no difference.

Hi, @user_3a9c80. I hope you are doing well today. I see you are having this issue with only a select group of senders which I'm sure has been confusing. It would help to contact our Customer Security Assurance Team to check if the secuirty codes or emails aren't coming in due to security concerns. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 from 8:00am - 12:00am EST, 7 days a week. I would also ensure the senders weren't accidentally blocked or marked as spam at any point.

This has happened to me over and over -- only with comcast email address not with gmail. Please fix!

iOS xfinity does not receive verification emails(pins). Has happened before but I can’t remember the solution
