Xfinity email does not receive authentication codes from various online banking applications
Xfinity email does not receive authentication codes from various online banking applications. Issue described in this other thread with no solution there. I have nbewest version of all OS's. Does not work on either phone app or browser app. I do successfuly get other email from these companies (like a user name confrimation), but no authentications codes ever come through.

Hi, @user_a5d147. Thank you for reaching out for assistance. Is this issue present on applications specifically or do you receive the authentication codes when logging in through a web browser?

Authentication codes are not received ANYWHERE by comcast. (Web browser or iPhone email app) I log into my bank account, then my bank account sends an authentication code to my comcast email address, but it is never received.

I am having the same issue, but not just with banks. Most recently I have had the problem with a bank, Best Buy, and Wayfair. Emails are not going to spam or any other folder. Can this be resolved?

This has happened to me over and over -- only with comcast email address not with gmail. Please fix!
