Xfinity e-Mail Compose Problems

While in the middle of generating a new e-Mail or responding to a received e-Mail a portion of my typing gets erased or deleted.  I login to my Xfinity account to access my e-Mails.  Is there a re-do button or icon some where???

Hello user_tjjwzw! I'm sorry to read that your emails keep being deleted while you are composing them. I know that can be frustrating especially when you have to redo all the work you put into the email. I would love to help figure this out for us! What browser are you using when composing your emails?
