Xfinity email can’t get into account

I can’t get into my email. when I try to reset the password, it says I need to be on my home WiFi, which isn’t possible

please connect me to an actual agent. The chat bots and information online is not sufficient and frustrating

How are you trying to access the email?  Are you using only the webmail UI and a browser?  Or a client or something else?  If you are using only the webmail, are you getting any error message when you try to sign into the account?
