... I cannot send. I can only receive on my phone or on my computer ...

Did you follow the instructions under the "Set up third-party email clients" heading toward the bottom of https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-yahoo-mail/SLN36803.html? You may need to set up an "app password" for your devices.

@Nancy79 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. @Latoque is correct that once the migration to Yahoo has been done, you wouldn't be able to revert.

@Nancy79

Once you have made the move  to Yahoo, there is no way to revert to the Xfinity/Appsuite email.  You can always set the account up using a client program like Outlook or Thunderbird, etc.

@user_dmaj2s Sorry but you can't. They are getting out of the email business just like the other ISPs. Comcast is one of the last to migrate to Yahoo. Sad but true.

Hello @user_dmaj2s, thank you for your comment. Once the migration to Yahoo has been completed, you would not be able to revert back to the Xfinity email platform.

Closing this 8 month old thread as this is becoming more of a debate than a discussion or asking for help, which is the purpose of the Forums.
