I'm having difficulty accessing my emails, and they are coming in very slow if at all?  I am very frustrated with no "customer service" and we pay a good amount but not receiving service!

If there was another email service I would opt-in, please advise.

AI is not the answer to business, but the problem is lack of communication with customers!

Does everyone realize that Comcast is just another provider to migrate their email to Yahoo and get out of the email hosting business? AOL, Cox and Verizon have already moved their customers to Yahoo and users retained their email addresses just like Comcast users can. NOT making excuses but its so much of a moot point that we keep complaining and I am one of them and also one who is fighting the migration but I know I will have to. I will be using Outlook once I migrate to avoid the disastrous ad/spam filled mess that is Yahoo itself. I have always had a Yahoo acct for superfluous emails and never did like it. I spend more time cleaning out the ads and spam mess than I ever thought possible and sure not going to do that in the future to get to my 'real' mail.  I have Outlook as part of MS Office and its a very friendly option filled program and that will be my main email program using my Comcast id of course just like I do today. Ok...rant over

@vickykay

You could instead try using something like AdblockPlus-------run a search for it.  It's available for all the major browsers as an extension, and it's free.

I turned off AdBlock and suddenly the crashes and slow speeds and the hangups in Yahoo stopped.  Yahoo WANTS you to see the ads. Yahoo is evil. They also won't let you turn off the adds they load unless you PAY them. Creating a need where there was none. Comcast should be ashamed forcing us to switch. I'll take my 101 dollars a month to another service. In a big city you can find something else that doesn't annoy you.
