I'm having difficulty accessing my emails, and they are coming in very slow if at all? I am very frustrated with no "customer service" and we pay a good amount but not receiving service!

If there was another email service I would opt-in, please advise.

AI is not the answer to business, but the problem is lack of communication with customers!

Does everyone realize that Comcast may be the last provider to migrate their email and get out of that business? AOL, Cox and Verizon have already done it and users retained their email addresses just like Comcast users can. NOT making excuses but its so much of a moot point that we keep complaining and I am one of them and also one who is fighting the migration but I know I will have to. I will be using Outlook once I migrate to avoid the disastrous ad/spam filled mess that is Yahoo itself. I have always had a Yahoo acct for superfluous emails and never did like it. I spend more time cleaning out the ads and spam mess than I ever thought possible and sure not going to do that in the future to get to my 'real' mail. I have Outlook as part of MS Office and its a very friendly option filled program and that will be my main email program using my Comcast id of course just like I do today. Ok...rant over
