Would appreciate a clear & concise answer to inquiry
Hello,
I've seen this question asked multiple times and have yet to see a clear and concise response. All of a sudden I'm getting the following message when trying to access my email via Outlook. "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Temporarily blacklisted IP Address - try again later". I've tried later multiple times and get nowhere. What is the problem and how do I fix it? I am not a tech person, so please respond accordingly. I have no idea what you are referring to when you speak techie. I also have no idea how to find my IP address if that's needed.
The continuous pop-up of the same messages is driving me nuts! I click ok or cancel and they keep popping up. What's up with that & is there any way to turn it off? It's extremely annoying!
Thank you for your assistance...I hope!!

Are you using a non-Comcast ISP or a VPN?
