Worst service ever

I have been contacting xfinity for three months now about my service dropping at least 15 or more times a day and explained to them that I was about to lose my Job over the bad service and been asking to speak with a Manager and have been lied to that they will call it never happened . I ask for a technician to come out and that never happened no one showed up. I refused to pay my bill as I will pay half ad I get half the service but xfinity will not do anything until my bill is paid before sending a technician out which is bull because nothing was done when i paid my bill but they knocked $21 off my bill. The supervisor i spoke to today was so rude. I have spoke with a lawyer about this matter as I have proof of all contacts about this issue and proof why I lost my Job and I am filing a Law suit against Xfinity and also contacting the media because it is sad how they treat the customers. They don’t care if your getting service or not. Stay away from them it is a rip off they have the worst service ever and if anyone would like to join in on the law suit or lost your job due to service contact me at butler 12267@ gmail.com so we can fight against them
