Wonderful CSA Help <30 min!

I was seriously dreading having to call Xfinity to reset my secondary email password. I had spent hours looping around with their do-it-yourself suggestions and reading this community forum. Frustrated, spent, (and angry!), not wanting to face another day with it, I called the CSA number:

In less than 10 minutes, I was connected to an agent. All I needed to say was, "I  have the password thing", and she walked me through my account recovery. She was professional, thorough, and patient with me. I wish that I'd called sooner, and I highly recommend doing so.
