will not let me add a new user
A tech on the phone deleted my husband's email account. They said it cannot be recovered. I am trying to add him in again, I am the primary user. I keep getting an error message that says reload the page, and it happens again. This has gone on for 2 months. I have called numerous times and gone into the store. Each tech says to go to the other for help. HELP!!!
I am wondering if the problem is that they said we had 2 accounts and merged them. I am using his same cell phone number. The account uses my phone number.
