wifi router/motum

i placed an order for pick up at an xfinity around the corner from my house. they said they didn’t have it and i waited 3 hours when the email told me it should be ready in about 2. do i have to wait a few days? is it gonna get shipped? i need to know what i did wrong. i also ended up placing a 2nd order after being told they didn’t have it. i don’t think i completed the first one, but im not sure. this is my first time
