why my folders didn't migrate to yahoo?

Didn't know my emails were being transferred to Yahoo until late April.

My folders/mailbhoxes didn't survive the transfer.

Anybody with similar tragedy?

If the email has already been transferred, you will need to contact Yahoo support for assistance. After the transfer is complete, we won’t have any tools to troubleshoot the email since it is now managed by a different service provider, and we no longer have access to it. Call a dedicated support line at 1-866-764-7650 for live Yahoo support assistance.

Yes tried multiple times. No one wants to take responsibility for this loss!

user_s973sw I'm sorry that yahoo is also unable to help. I see that there are some limits with the email migration due to the size of attachments, number of folders and contacts. However, it does show that emails with attachments over 25 MB would be moved to a separate folder and available for 30 days to download. When did you complete the migration for your email address?

Not sure maybe end of April?  Comcast store locally set up my Yahoo email but most emails stopped around end of April.

So where is this mysterious folder?  No one from Yahoo or Comcast has shared that with me. Thank you

user_s973sw I'm sorry this is such a grey area for us with being unable to access the email, but I will try to help out in any way I can.
I have not experienced the folder being created on the migrated email addresses yet, however the support FAQ's is showing that it will remain in your Xfinity email inbox. So you should be able to access that folder at connect.xfinity.com. Can you visit that site please and let me know if you are able to access the account? There also should have been an email sent indicating that the folder was created and available for you to access to download the emails to save them.

Paula et al,

I used the link you sent and it sent me to Yahoo Mail. I am unable to locate my Xfinity email box. Not sure what else to do.

Don't understand how this all happened. I had important information documents, family photos etc in those folders, of which there were at least

2 dozen.  Information that went back at least 10 years.  All now lost to me. I am devastated.
