why is my xfinity email on my smart phone not keeping me logged in

Even though i checked the box to stay logged in, I have to RE-ENTER /RE-Log in with email and password each time I want to check my email .

It's not  the app, just in my phone safari. For the last 4 months, it didn't make me re-log in and just came up.

There are a few different things that could be causing the log-out issues such as browser issues like cookies being cleared or corrupted, or because of settings in your browser or security software. Can you please try clearing your browsers cache and cookies and let me know if you are still experiencing the issue? To clear cache and cookies on Safari, go to Settings > Safari on an iPhone, tap "Clear History and Website Data," and confirm. On a Mac, click the Safari menu > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data to clear individual sites or use Safari > Clear History for a specific time range.
