why is my email in box not refereshing. I have not received any new email in 4 days

why is my email in box not refereshing. I have not received any new email in 4 days.

When I hit the refresh button it quickly turns then stops and the in box does not refresh

That takes me to a using and managing xfinity email accounts page.  At the top I go into my account the click on check email and it takes me back to the managing xfinity email accounts page.  Just a constant circle.

Clear your cache and cookies for comcast/xfinity.  Sign out.  Close your browser and then start a new session.

Hello @user_q0vvh0 Just checking in. Did clearing the cache and cookies as @Again suggested fix the issue on the site?
