Why is Comcast making it so difficult to access my email online?

Why is Comcast making it so difficult to access my email online?  How long should I need to spend searching for the icon to access my personal email folders?  Why can't you put it at the top of the page, where it was for years.  Your Home page has huge icons for all of the other Xfinity services, or to sell me more things, but none to take me to my personal email.  Gee, it's almost like you are trying to get us to quit using Comcast email.  Now, I wonder why you would do that? You've made no secret that you want to end email, so maybe if you make it harder for us to use, eh?

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
