Why is Comcast blocking www.blueirissoftware.com?

I can reach this site when outside of Comcast but not inside. Even with my iPhone, inside its blocked, outside it’s ok, therefore it’s not antivirus. How do I resolve this so that I can get updates from blue iris?

I have the same problem. I got an email from Ken at blue iris and he said that Comcast seems to have a problem with his domain. I am at a loss.

Call Comcast security. They handle domain blocking issues-------------------------
