Which what is the web address of the failing "Xfinity page"? Please describe what "will not load" means exactly. Any error messages?

My home page in chrome is set to load "xfinity.com" but now when chrome turns on it shows "https://my.xfinity.com/browser?cid=cust" address bar and the tab says insecure browser.  The text on the screen is

Unfortunately, your current browser does not comply with security standards. Please update now or download a new web browser below.

I just wasted over an hour talking to an internet person at comcast and two of them have no idea what is going on.

What version of Chrome are you running? Copy chrome://settings/help into Chrome's address bar and press Enter to see. Mine says:

Google Chrome is up to date
Version 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I'm not at home but mine says the same thing.  My chrome is up to date and the update chrome option isn't available.

Check your "User-Agent" string using a tool like https://centralops.net/ "Browser Mirror". My User-Agent string in Chrome on that site reads:

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/85.0.4183.121 Safari/537.36

I wish I could explain it, but I can't. There are lots of possibilities. FWIW the User-Agent string you posted is identical to mine, so that's not the problem.

Here's hoping it continues to work for you! If not, please let us know.

Same problem here. I've resorted to using Safari for Comcast/Xfinity mail.
