Why do you make everything so difficult. Email ?? Time to change ISP

I'm just going to post the chat transcript.  Wasted an hour connecting to 2 people only to be dropped / disconnected.  Pretty sure you guys intentionally make every interaction difficult.  Also... getting rid of emails.  Way to provide even less value as an ISP.

We're not getting rid of emails, we're just transferring email handling to Yahoo! Mail.  You're keeping your @comcast.net email address.  You'll just go to mail.yahoo.com to access it.  And, FWIW, email was never a line item on your bill so you weren't paying anything for it.  It was a freebie.
