Why are you blocking legit email?
Every day for at least the past several weeks I'm finding that Comcast is BLOCKING legit emails from getting to me. Some domains include:
servicetitan.com
These are just three! I'm not getting order confirmation from Home Depot or order updates from them. I didn't receive very important email from our local heating and AC company. I reported this issue but the level 2 support tech told me they couldn't do anything and I should contact every company on my own and ask why they can't send me email. RIDICULOUS! How can I even know all the companies I haven't heard from? It isn't their fault anyhow- Comast is blocking them. This is ridiculous. Here is my ticket number. Can someone do something about this? Ticket number: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
If this matters at all, for several weeks I was all of the sudden getting 50-70 junk mail messages. This fairly abrubtly stopped about the same time as I noticed that legit email is being blocked. I have been a customer for over 20 years and this it unacceptable !!
Also adding that I didn't receive my Geico bill either.
Why is Comcast blacklisting domains and IP addresses that clearly aren't spam??

Interesting that there are no responses to this. I have spoken with their high level support people. The last person I spoke with said he fixed the problem and I'd receive all the messages that were blocked within 2 hours. I received nothing. Isn't it great how they treat people who have been customers for 20 years???

Hello @user_a0f600, thanks for reaching out for help with your email concerns. We are sad to hear that you are having trouble receiving emails, and this is definitely something we can look into. We actually have a dedicated team that handles domain concerns.
My recommendation would be to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team at 1-888-565-4329. This team of specialists is available 8:00am - 12:00am EST, 7 days a week.

UNHELPFUL RESPONSE. That phone number is for level one support. I've already talked to them, level 2, as well as higher level support and the problem has not been resolved.

Good afternoon,
I've checked our server logs and found the following for the 3 email domains you reference:
servicetitan.com - no blocks or filters. Other comcast.net users are receiving the emails to their inboxes.
esalerugs.com - @esalerugs.com does not appear to send emails to comcast.net at all
mail2.clubexpress.com - no blocks or filters. Other comcast.net users are receiving the emails to their inboxes. (to note, to you specifically it appears they sent 1 email that we delivered to your inbox 6/27/2022 - appears to be a confirmation email)
It appears that there are no blocks or filters on the Comcast side that is preventing email delivery from the domains with the exception of the 1 that might use a different email address to distribute emails. Its highly likely that the domains you referenced to not getting emails from are doing so intentionally exclusively to you. You will have to either register for their newsletters or subscriptions again or contact their IT/Technical Support to resolve any issues you may be experiencing.

Interesting. I called the high level support people after I read this because sites are still blocked. THEY SAID the issue was still open and someone would call by the next day at the latest. Unsurprisingly nobody called. Some of the sites above MAY BE unblocked but if they are it is only because I specifically reported them myself. The problem is that customers don't know what legit emails the AREN"T receiving. I know for a fact that my delivery notifications from Home Depot, for example, were never delivered.

Good Morning,
Can you please provide further details on the emails from vikingcruises.com? our logs indicate 2 were delivered this past Sunday - one appearing to be an invoice and the other regarding contact information.

I did receive those messages but after that I couldn't get any. I put the email address in my last comment. I just tried now to request an invoice but AGAIN Comcast blocked it. When INDIVIDUALS from Viking email me I get them. When it comes from a corporate account you block it. One of the blocked ones is:

@xfinityryan, @XfinityCSAEmail @XfinityBenjaminM
This problem has been going on for weeks. When will this problem be resolved? I was given ANOTHER ticket number which is IH 231305202.
Again, the problem is that Comcast is blocking legitimate domains- the newest one is what you are editing out for some bizarre reason as "personal information" . The last support person sent me this totally unhelpful and not relevant link to help with my problem https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/limitations-on-sending-email. I have tried many times to enter the domain and IP address so your webmaster can unblock the email addresses but it never works even though I get confirmation from them. I told the support person (who obviously has no understanding of the problem) to whitelist the addresses herself and call me tomorrow and I'll tell her if it is fixed. I'm confident she won't call. So how about if someone with some knowledge of why Comcast is blocking legit IP addresses calls me or responds to this message and actually fixes the problem. It is frustrating to not receive important email and furthermore irritating that I can't possibly even know all of the email that I'm NOT receiving.

Good Morning,
The reason the information is getting removed is likely due to it being personal information (like a full email address), please review the following: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/xfinity-forum-acceptable-use-policy/602d9c64c5375f08cd574236
You are welcome to message me directly the full email address or any email headers for emails that you have not received on your comcast.net email account that may have been delivered to other emails you may own for further detailed analysis by me.
That is because they aren't blocked by Comcast. Whether that be by IP, email address, or otherwise. To add, webmaster/postmaster unblock applications are for the domain owners to process(vikingcruises.com). These domains are sending emails to thousands of other Comcast.net email addresses just fine. All of the emails you advised to not be receiving are marketing emails. All marketing emails commonly use some form of service to mass distribute their marketing emails, like SendGrid. These platforms will utilize a service called an Email Suppression List. Here is more details in regards to it directly from SendGrid: https://sendgrid.com/blog/what-is-a-suppression-list/
Comcast does not manage these lists. They are exclusively managed by the owners (SendGrid) and will only communicate with their customers (Spotify, Uber, Glassdoor, Booking.com, etc). An alternative that is more relevant to your instance is Mimecast, which is the platform vikingcruises.com appears to be using. Whether it be Mimecast, SendGrid, or any other email marketing platform - any unsent or failed to be sent email will generate a bounceback message. Whether that be internally to their own services or from Comcast. In your instance, Comcast has not produced any bounceback messages to the domains you referenced because Comcast is not the one blocking any emails. You will want to reach out to the sending domain and advise them that their email marketing service platform may have placed your email on their email suppression list and is not sending emails to you.

My Apple Card statements and payment due notices are getting kicked back to Goldman Sachs. Is this why? I need help with this. I’ve been on the phone with Apple Care and the credit card company for a long while today.
