I'm trying to learn this system and am fumbling around trying to get access responses.

Hello, @Gregghc sorry for the inconvenience of your email bouncing. Is this happening with all the emails you send or a specific address? Have you check to see if there is a typo in the recipients address? There mailbox could also be full.

I just started getting a string of mailer-daemon emails. Only I didn't send an email to the recipient "noreply@onservicetitan.com." I don't know who onservicetitan is. There is a servicetitan.com, which appears to be a software system for HVAC, plumbing, electrical pros. That's not me. I don't know why I'm getting these emails, other than there are attachments which I am concerned may contain a virus so I'm not opening them. And I'm the only recipient shown on the email.

Any ideas what these are or why I'm even getting them?
