why are my incoming e-mails not coming thru, for almost 2 weeks
For about 2 weeks, I have not received my in-coming e-mails . I'm told they have been very important.

You don't say how you are accessing your email, but if you go to webmail and don't see any, click on the gear icon and then on Email settings. In the left pane check under Auto Forward to see if there is an strange email address there. If so, erase it.

Are you using a PC or smartphone/tablet to access your email? Also, what web-browser and or app do you use when you are experiencing this issue?
