Why are emails I send to myself going to my spam

Emails addressed to myself are going to spam.

Yikes! That's not what we want to see happening for you @johnusps. I'd be worried about missing important emails with that happening! Have you double-checked your filters to make sure the correct ones are set up to sort emails as you prefer? We have the details for how to do this here

Thanks for responding. That's not my problem. I am trying to send an email from my comcast email account to my comcast email account. It arrives in my inbox then goes directly to my spam. I am not using any filters.

Thank you for letting us know. How long has this been going on? Have you cleared your cache and cookies? 

I no longer work for Comcast.

Thanks for clarifying, @johnusps. When you send the emails, do you send them from www.xfinity.com, or a third party email client?
