Yikes! That's not what we want to see happening for you @johnusps. I'd be worried about missing important emails with that happening! Have you double-checked your filters to make sure the correct ones are set up to sort emails as you prefer? We have the details for how to do this here .
Thanks for responding. That's not my problem. I am trying to send an email from my comcast email account to my comcast email account. It arrives in my inbox then goes directly to my spam. I am not using any filters.
Thanks for clarifying, @johnusps. When you send the emails, do you send them from www.xfinity.com, or a third party email client?
