Why am I not getting new emails to my Inbox but still into my Spam box?

For the first time today, I received no emails in my Inbox but did receive several in my Spam box.

Is there a system problem or a problem unique to my ac7?

There isn’t a known system‑wide issue today, so this is likely something specific to your email settings or filters. Sometimes a filter can trigger unexpectedly and redirect messages even if nothing “looks” changed.  A couple of quick things to check:

  • Did any of your filters, rules, or blocked senders change recently?
  • Are the emails in Spam ones you normally get in your Inbox?
  • How are you checking your email? Are you using a third-party email client to access your email?
