who to notify if I get a scam email from comcast.net user?

I got a scam/phish email that appears to be from [Edited: "Malicious Email Address"], who do I notify to ensure Comcast knows this user is sending (likely mass) scam emails?

I got a scam/phish email ... who do I notify to ensure ... And how do I add a screenshot ...

  1. Select the "Email Abuse" tile on https://spa.xfinity.com/
  2. On a desktop or laptop the forum editor should have an "Insert image" icon a bit right of bottom center. On a phone or tablet, look for an "attach files" link. Note that posting an image will cause your message to be "privatized" for a while until the Forum admins can check it out.

Please be aware that there are 2 kinds of responses in this Forum: Replies and Comments. When you Comment on a post by scrolling down to "Comment on this post here...", I am notified of your response. But if you select Reply, I am NOT notified and may not be aware of your response.

I sent it (including headers) to abuse@comcast.net, as you suggested.

Thanks so much!

mikey03062, Thanks for reaching out. I am happy to see that the awesome expert @BruceW was able to help. While we have you, would you like us to take a few minutes to review your account and make sure your bundle and pricing are working for your needs?
