Whitelist A Domain
Hello, Any emails from our HOA is going into the spam folder. I have added their email address to my address book. I have selected "not spam " multiple times and the emails are still going into the spam folder. I need for Xfinity to whitelist the following domain @ascenthoa.com

@user_y8svc6 The only other possibility is there is a spam filter set up. You can manage those following the steps outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience
